Inland Empire zoos include Moonridge Zoo in Big Bear and a petting zoo at Tom's Farms south of Corona. See local species on display including coyote, mountain lion, raccoon and more. Pet and feed farm animals like goats, chickens and rabbits. Zoos are always one of the best choices for fun things to do with kids.

Big Bear Alpine Zoo is also referred to as the Big Bear Zoo and Moonridge Zoo. The Zoo is located off Highway 38 or 18. This is a very small zoo with local wild animals on display. This one of the many things you can do in Big Bear. Zoo animals list includes mammals, birds and more. See bears, badger, fox, mountain lion, owls, eagles, raccoon and other exotic animals.

Tom's Farms are located off Interstate 15 between Corona and Lake Elsinore. It's like a highway produce stand on steroids with a pizza restaurant, burger joint, taco stand, kiddie attractions, live entertainment, picnic grounds, fresh produce, beef jerky, canned goods and more. Kiddie attractions include a carousel, petting zoo, shooting gallery, pony rides, mini-tractors, gem & fossil panning and train rides. Satisfy your sweet tooth with old-fashioned candy, fudge and gourmet popcorn. Events and entertainment include a weekend craft fair, magic shows, live music and holiday events. The petting zoo animals list includes goats, rabbits, chickens and more.
