North Coast Off-Road Parks

Samoa Dunes are located on the peninsula separating Eureka and Humboldt Bay from the open ocean. Samoa Dunes offers 215 acres of open terrain and sand dunes for off-road trails. Good for dirt bikes, ATV and 4x4. Amenities include an unloading ramp, restroom, picnic tables and barbecue grills.

Cow Mountain is located southeast of Ukiah off Mill Creek Road. Cow Mountain offers 125 miles of off-road trails & roads on 23,000 acres of hillside terrain that's good for dirt bike, ATV and 4WD truck. Amenities include 2 staging areas and several campgrounds ranging from primitive to developed.

The Six Rivers National Forest spans from the Oregon border in the north to Fort Bragg in the south. Hundreds of off-road trails, open areas and ATV trails are available throughout the forest. A few of the more popular OHV trails include Skull Camp, Devils Backbone, Hayfork and Lubbs.

The Mendocino National Forest is spans from Red Bluff in the north to Upper Lake in the south. Hundreds of off-road trails, open areas and ATV trails are available throughout the forest. A few of the more popular OHV trails include Nail Track and regions surrounding Lake Pillsbury, Stonyford and Upper Lake.
