Desert Horseback Riding

Desert Horseback Riding Overview

Deserts

Horseback riding in the California Desert is available in the popular regions of Death Valley, Joshua Tree, Palm Springs and Anza-Borrego. Lose the hiking boots and cover more distance in less time than hiking. Generally, horse trail rides head for the most breathtaking lookout points and other points of interest that the region has to offer. Most of the horse trail riding in the Desert includes trail riding tours from one to two hours with helmets provided for rider safety. Although trail riding horses can be unpredictable, the horses are generally of calm temperament and disposition making them easy even for inexperienced children to ride. Below we've listed many of The horse stables in the Desert from Death Valley National Park to the Anza-Borrego Desert east of San Diego.
