The Adamson House

Adamson House - Malibu is located off Highway 1 north of Santa Monica in Malibu. Situated on the ocean just north of the Malibu Pier, the Adamsom House overlooks Malibu Lagoon and Surfrider Beach. The House was built in 1929 for the Superintendent of the Malibu Ranch and his wife, a descendent of the original ranch owners. It features a luxurious decor and architecture that was once adorned with gold leaf throughout. A large concentration of Malibu Tiles pair with the Moroccan influence of pointed arched windows & doorways and solid mahogany doors and beamed ceilings. The exterior features picturesque tiled fountains, a pool & pool house, gardens, and expansive ocean views. Bring a snack to enjoy at one of many seaside picnic tables poised under shade trees and offering optimum views.

Billionaires' Beach - Malibu is located off Highway 1 north of Santa Monica in Malibu. This mile-long stretch of beach seems to have the most densely populated grouping of celebrity homes in the region. It's not unusual to spot Hollywood celebrities enjoying Pacific views from their patios or jogging along the sandy beach. For years residents have fought to have the beach made private to no avail. There are some rules that go with a visit to Billionaires' Beach (AKA: Carbon Beach). Visitors are only allowed along the waters' edge and can not loiter on the sand. Billionaire's Beach can be accessed by walking south along the sand from the Malibu Pier. There is also at least one public access path from PCH along the way.
