Hyatt Regency - North Lake Tahoe is located off Highway 28 near the intersection of Highway 431 on the northeastern edge of Lake Tahoe. This is the only hotel we will mention on this site that is in Nevada. The resort offers a large hotel, multiple pools and jacuzzis, full spa services, multiple restaurants and bars and a casino. The casino is a family favorite for its manageable size and mountain-lodge decor. The Lone Eagle Bar offers fantastic lake views and is also our favorite place to relax after a day on the slopes. The attached Lone Eagle Grill offers the same lake view with superb cuisine.
TIP: Free shuttles transport guests to several nearby ski resorts. Diamond Peak offers the only shuttle service every half-hour to and from the resort and is only 10-minutes away. The lodge also has a ski/gift shop that supplies rental equipment.
